Michael acts as litigation counsel to developers, builders, commercial landlords and tenants and franchisors. In addition, Michael is respected counsel in the area of corporate insolvencies and restructurings. Michael regularly assists major lending institutions, corporate debtors, receivers and trustees with their insolvency and restructuring issues.
