Jeffrey C. He provides corporate services to an international corporate clientelle from Colombia, Germany, Australia, Wales, Hong Kong and mainland China and has worked as commercial class action counsel, settling two of Canada's largest class action settlements developing a sub-specialty in commercial class action law. Jeff has broad experience in e-commerce law, including, servicing a national insurance claims portal, gift registry portal, virtual coaching technology corporation and other innovative, online corporate services providers.
