She acts for Canadian chartered banks, trustees in bankruptcy and receivers in the areas of banking and secured transactions and insolvency and corporate restructurings; practises business law with a focus on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and franchising and has a strong intellectual property and information technology law practice providing services in connection with choosing and obtaining trademarks, registering copyright, enforcing intellectual property rights, trademark opposition and expungement, licensing and distribution. Danielle is a registered Trademark Agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. She became a partner of the firm in 2004.
