In addition, we have assisted old-economy clients with their transition to the new economy in developing Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions for e-commerce initiatives and website development. We have also assisted in drafting and implementing web-advertising agreements and web-linking agreements. Further, we have developed intellectual-property agreements ensuring protection of top-level domain names for .com and .ca.
