Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring

Our insolvency and corporate restructuring practice group has extensive experience and expertise in receiverships, proposals, bankruptcies, foreclosures, mortgage remedies, corporate workouts and reorganizations, collections and insolvency matters generally. Our insolvency lawyers have assisted both debtors and creditors and can deal effectively with large and small corporate reorganizations and restructurings under various statutes, including the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) (the "CCAA") and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the "BIA").
