Our employment and labour law practice group assists both employees and employers. Our services include drafting employment contracts and termination agreements and representing clients before various tribunals including the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Commission. Our services also extend to providing advice to clients with respect to the various employment issues involved in corporate re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions. Our representation extends to employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, pay equity, workers' compensation benefits and common law claims arising out of the employment relationship.
